Vytelle ADVANCE has opened their new Lab in Melbourne, and today we hosted technicians, Luis Morales (in the yards) & Citlali Hernandez (on the microscope).
We ran selected female donors through the crush and aspirated them, extracting Oocytes which Citlali sorted and graded on-site.
A fascinating technical process, and tomorrow back at Vytelle ADVANCE Lab, they will be fertilized. In a week they will be sorted and graded as Embryos – fresh or frozen for future use, but ready for ET when the recipient cows are synchronised to suit.
