The sun finally broke out this afternoon. After forecasts of a drier than average Winter, the weather closed in and Australia experienced substantial rainfalls across the country. Although an impending ‘El Nino’ was called by the major met authorities, the actual results delivered over the past 2 months have been significantly over the previous ‘La Nina’ precipitation figures of recent years.
