Whilst we sympathise with our friends across the Northern Hemisphere and their hot Summer weather this year, its a different story at St.Fillan Farm this morning as the Winter cold continues with clear skies and frosty mornings. We are feeding out supplemental hay to cattle as the thermometer reads -5°C and pasture growth has slowed with the low soil temperatures.
