U.S Beef demand stronger than anticipated Q1/24. Consumer spending comprises 66 per cent to 70 per cent of U.S GDP. A one per cent increase in consumer spending equates to a one per cent increase in beef demand. The two are highly correlated – Jerry Klassen, Canadian Cattlemen.

Lets hope we see the prices flow through to our Farmers and not just the exporters and processors.
